A learning journey to revive the human service sector in rural Illinois.

The human service sector in Illinois faces unprecedented challenges that require organizations to commit to rigorous practices around leadership, advocacy and execution if they are to achieve their missions in the current operating environment. Organizations will achieve impact through dedication and rigorous attention to ambitious, research-based practices and values. Illinois Partners for Human Service, in partnership with The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, are poised to convene a cohort of human serving organizations that are ready to apply the lessons of The Commitments of High-Impact Nonprofit Organizations as a framework for greater impact in the Southern Illinois region.
